6 day all-inclusive retreat in Costa Rica. What can you expect?
Cocooned in beautiful bungalows overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you'll awaken to stunning views of Costa Rican mountains, and then spend your days soaking up nature, soothing your soul, and designing your new life - with the sounds of tropical birds, monkeys, and waterfalls in the distance. All packages include transportation from San Jose to Luna Lodge (flights to Costa Rica are not included), nourishing farm-to-table meals, lodging, and daily transformational exercises and activities, including:
Forest Bathing and Hiking to waterfalls and natural pools, amazing wildlife (Scarlett macaws, toucans, monkeys, etc)
Lounging on a pristine and secluded beach,
Yoga and dance on a mountaintop platform overlooking the Pacific,
Daily activities focused on redesigning your new life. Explore and deepen your relationship with desire, imagination, spirit, and power,
Plant Medicine Ceremonies. Utilize the ancient wisdom of plant medicine to lift the veils of limiting beliefs and catalyze growth in a safe and supportive setting.
One-hour private coaching session to help you clarify, design and craft plans for an incredible future.
All with the guidance of expert coaches and healers.
Optional activities: horse-back riding, Spa/wellness services, kayaking, eco-tours.
Before the retreat, you will start your healing and build your community with a 4 week virtual workshop “Finding Your Happily Even After” which combines the 19 rebuilding blocks in the book "Rebuilding :After your Relationship Ends" by Dr. Bruce Fisher, with the science and practical tools of Positive Psychology.

Cost*: $3900 for workshop and retreat. $1000 deposit holds your spot with the remainder ($2900) due by February 26th.

Maureen has been working with people recovering from divorce and separation for over 12 years. She has extensive training in divorce coaching and is a certified Conscious Uncoupling Coach as well as a Positive Psychology facilitator. She is passionate about helping people transform heartbreak into a new life filled with possibility and joy!
